Client Documentation Review (9months Contract, Private Bank)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting client onboarding and periodic reviews within a private banking environment, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Review client documentation for onboarding and periodic reviews across Singapore and Hong Kong managed accounts
• Ensure documentation complies with internal and regulatory standards.
• Support front office teams with onboarding, account maintenance, operational queries, and change-in-circumstance cases
• Manage system updates, account maintenance activities, client notifications etc
• Review and process tax documentation
• Participate in process improvement, automation and change initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in private banking operations, client onboarding, or documentation review
• Strong knowledge of Singapore and/or Hong Kong account documentation requirements
• Familiarity with tax documentation and related forms
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
