Directors, Talent Solutions.

This is a senior, client-facing opportunity for people who know how to build trusted relationships, develop new business and work confidently with senior stakeholders.

The role

As a Client Director, you'll represent Logan with clients and prospective clients, building relationships and developing new opportunities.

You'll work with founders, executives and senior People and Talent leaders, understanding their priorities and building long-term partnerships.

The role is commercially focused and relationship-led, with significant autonomy over how you develop your market and client base.

Build and develop new client relationships

Grow existing client accounts

Engage with senior decision-makers

Identify and develop new opportunities

Understand client hiring priorities and requirements

Build long-term, trusted relationships

Represent Logan to a consistently high standard

Deliver an exceptional client experience

About you

You'll likely have a strong background in recruitment, executive search, talent or professional services, with experience developing senior client relationships.

You'll be commercially minded, credible and confident working with senior decision-makers.

You'll be comfortable creating new opportunities, developing relationships over time and taking ownership of your market.

Most importantly, you'll have strong judgement, high standards and the ability to operate independently.
