About the role:

As a Manager within the account team, your role will include managing both existing and new client relationships. A market research background is essential for this role due to the need to created detailed proposals. You will play a key role in growing existing clients accounts, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell and building valuable partnerships by acting as a knowledgeable, strategic partner. You will also identify new client targets and engage potential partners across priority industries, supporting proposal writing, pitching, running demos and managing commercial conversations with clients.

You will work closely with internal teams across commercial, research, analytics, and product to deliver high-impact engagements, as well as contributing to thought-leadership and marketing initiatives that showcase the company's offerings. You'll also work closely with strategic teams on the launch of new solutions and services.

What we are looking for:

  • In the region of 3-8years experience in market research, consulting, insights, or related fields in client-facing roles (including a strong understanding of customised research)
  • Strong experience managing enterprise stakeholders and commercial relationships.
  • Exposure to proposal development, pitching or solution selling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A commercial mindset.
  • Confidence working in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
