Job Description

Duration: 12 Month Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Front Office's queries and support troubleshooting
  • Manage processing of e-banking applications / modifications / cancellations, mailing addresses and conditions changes for clients and agents accurately and timely
  • Handle returned mails for client portfolios
  • Manage ad-hoc clients statements and advices printing requests
  • Maintain client data in the bank systems and perform clean-up when required
  • Deliver consistent service and meet the established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) while complying with the Bank's policies and procedures
  • Support any ad-hoc tasks / requests as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 3 years of account documentation requirement in Private Bank
  • Experience in mailing related data maintenance for Client and Agent (EAM, EFA, Finder) records is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Macros and Visual Basic knowledge as well as an aptitude for technology
