Job Description:
- As a Client Care Executive, you will need to oversee day to day operations and ensuring good service standards to our Family Wealth Consultants and investors
- You will need to handle administrative duties which include preparation of documents, handling enquiries and basic reporting
- In handling Family Wealth Consultants and Investors enquiries, you must have the willingness to help, patience in understanding their concerns and the ability to think and resolve issues faced by them
- This role will also require you to liaise with service providers and investors via email and phone calls
- Being a part of the Client Care Team, you must enjoy working with people and a positive attitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
