Our client, a well-established international private bank, is looking to hire an experienced Client Advisory Associate (AVP) to support a Relationship Manager covering the Indonesia and Southeast Asia markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong Private Banking Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) experience who enjoys client servicing, operational excellence, and working closely with front-office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and client servicing support to the Relationship Manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams on trade execution, settlements, corporate actions, securities transfers, payments, and loan administration.
- Liaise with external financial institutions and service providers on account opening and other client administrative matters.
- Review daily transactions to ensure accurate trade processing.
- Prepare and send trade confirmations to clients.
- Monitor and coordinate trade settlements.
- Prepare payment instructions.
- Input securities, foreign exchange, and money market transactions into the system.
- Prepare and follow up on account opening documentation.
- Maintain client records and tracking spreadsheets.
- Prepare valuation reports, investment materials, research reports, and business trip documentation for the Relationship Manager.
- Ensure all client administrative matters are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) or Client Advisory experience within a Private Bank.
- Must have worked in Private Banking within the last 3 years.
- Valid CACS Paper 1 & Paper 2 certification is mandatory.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Meticulous, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
