Client Advisor

Responsibilities

. Focuses on development and retention the existing clients recruitment of new and potential ones.

. Contributes to the store business through excellent clienteling and reaching KPIs goals (conversion rate, cross selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning).

. Deliver the Valentino Couture Service.

. Naturally integrates digital tools in selling and clienteling activities.

Skills and experience

. Minimum 2 years retail experience preferably in Luxury Retail Industry

. Good communications and interpersonal skills

. Motivated team player with outgoing personality

. Drive to meet and exceed performance expectations

. Able to work full time in shift hours is preferable
