Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, personalized, and elevated boutique experience to every client
- Understand clients preferences and recommend fine jewelry pieces with confidence and sophistication
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Build long-term relationships through attentive follow-up and clienteling
- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation in line with brand standards
- Support daily boutique operations and inventory care
Ideal Profile:
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality, or cabin crew service
- Former Cabin Crew from international or premium airlines are highly welcomed
- Well-groomed, poised, and confident with excellent interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented with a natural ability to anticipate clients needs
- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin (to serve a diverse clientele)
- Results-driven with a positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
