About the role

As a Client Adviser at Income Insurance Limited, you will play a vital role in providing personalised financial advice and support to our valued customers. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and make meaningful impact in their lives- designed for individuals who believe in the value of insurance and are motivated to help others achieve financial security and peace of mind.

What you'll be doing

1. Proactively engage with clients to understand their unique financial goals and needs
2. Provide comprehensive financial advice and solutions tailored to each client's circumstances
3. Process new applications and policy changes efficiently and accurately
4. Maintain detailed client records and documentation
5. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
6. Continuously expand your knowledge of financial products and regulations

What we're looking for

1. Have obtained at least a diploma or degree in any field
2. Enjoy seeing tangible results of your hard work, and motivated by performance-based incentive structures
3. Have good interpersonal skills and be passionate about helping customers achieve greater financial competency
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify the right financial solutions
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Familiarity with financial products and regulations, or a willingness to learn
7. CMFAS certifications M5, M9, M9A, HI, BCP, PGI preferred, but not necessary
8. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
