About the Role
Adecco is partnering with a renowned luxury watch & jewelry brand to hire a Client Advisor. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client experience while driving sales and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique performance
. Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every client
. Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM and clienteling activities
. Proactively engage new and existing clients to grow your client portfolio
. Present products with strong storytelling, highlighting craftsmanship and heritage
. Handle sales transactions, after-sales service, and client inquiries professionally
. Support boutique operations including merchandising, inventory
. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards
Job Requirements
. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, or fashion)
. Strong passion for luxury products and client experience
. Proven sales ability with a results-driven mindset
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Familiar with CRM tools and boutique operations is an advantage
