Job Summary
Join a well-established Luxury Fashion House as a Client Advisor, delivering excellent customer service, managing transactions, and supporting sales through product knowledge and cross-selling strategies.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized product floor to create a welcoming and customer-friendly environment
- Update and apply knowledge of current products, pricing, and promotions to assist customers effectively
- Manage financial transactions and purchases accurately using cash registers and software systems
- Greet customers and provide tailored purchasing options based on their needs and product knowledge
- Enhance customer experience by presenting relevant product promotions and sales opportunities identified during interactions
- Develop and implement cross-selling strategies to increase sales of appropriate products
- Assist customers with returns and exchanges promptly and professionally
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not mandatory
