Job Description

Our client is a luxury watch brand known for its deep roots in precision chronographs and avant-garde craftsmanship. As a front-line brand representative, you will play an important role in shaping a customer's luxury experience and buying journey, as well as cultivate long-term relationships with clients.

As part of an exciting brand refresh and evolution, they are seeking a Senior Client Advisor to join their dynamic boutique team.

About The Role

You will play a key role delivering an unparalleled luxury shopping experience and cultivating long-term client relationships. As part of the role you will:

  • Deliver personalised, high-touch client experiences that build long-term relationships and brand loyalty;
  • Collaborate with the wider boutique team to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience at every touchpoint;
  • Manage the full client journey from initial engagement through to post-purchase follow-up and after-sales care;
  • Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach, clienteling, and CRM tools;
  • Stay current on product knowledge, collections, and the wider luxury retail landscape.

The Ideal Candidate

You should have at least 1 year of experience in luxury retail. You possess strong clienteling skills which enable you to provide highly personalised services. A client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building long-term relationships is a must. Proficiency in multiple languages (English + another language) would be advantageous.
