Job Description

Our client is a global luxury watch brand. They are located in the Marina South area - easily accessible.

Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and repeat business.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and provide personalised clienteling.
  • Maintain consistent client communication to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Uphold the brand's service standards and deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products, brand history, and industry trends.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support product launches, marketing initiatives, and customer service activities.

Store Operations:

  • Follow all company policies, processes, and operational standards.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
  • Participate in inventory management, stock checks, and ad-hoc operational tasks.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Support the upkeep of visual merchandising standards according to corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, jewellery, or watch brands.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Digitally savvy comfortable using clienteling tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, social media).
  • Highly motivated, service-oriented, and possesses a strong aesthetic sense.
