Sales & Client Engagement:
- Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to overall store performance.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and repeat business.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and provide personalised clienteling.
- Maintain consistent client communication to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Uphold the brand's service standards and deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products, brand history, and industry trends.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support product launches, marketing initiatives, and customer service activities.
Store Operations:
- Follow all company policies, processes, and operational standards.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
- Participate in inventory management, stock checks, and ad-hoc operational tasks.
Visual Merchandising:
- Support the upkeep of visual merchandising standards according to corporate guidelines.
- Ensure a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, jewellery, or watch brands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Digitally savvy comfortable using clienteling tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, social media).
- Highly motivated, service-oriented, and possesses a strong aesthetic sense.
