Job Responsibilities:
Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience through the delivery of premium customer service, product knowledge and expertise
Engage with clients to develop long term relationships and confidence in Louis Vuitton products and services
Perform as a team player and participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
Profile:
Excellent communication skills with pleasant disposition
Strong enthusiasm to learn, with a passion for Louis Vuitton products and services and fashion
Adaptable and a fast learner with a customer service focused mentality and initiative
Possess a professional attitude with a mindset of curiosity and empathy
Some experience in retail, customer service or hospitality industry is preferred
Minimum GCE A levels or equivalent
Proficiency in English and Mandarin with ability to speak third language an added advantage to converse with Chinese and International clients
With a clear understanding that what we offer is a career in retail operations, successful individuals are required to perform the retail operational hours
