Role Overview

We're looking for a Client Advisor Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating exceptional client experiences.

In this role, you'll work closely with our Client Advisors, supporting them in managing client relationships and delivering a seamless service experience. You'll play an important role in ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and valued throughout their journey with Arki.

This role is designed for someone who wants to build deep client service expertise while developing the skills to eventually grow into a Client Advisor role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support Client Advisors in managing day-to-day client servicing and relationship needs
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and service requests
  • Assist in preparing client materials, reports, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables
  • Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless setup experience
  • Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems and internal platforms
  • Monitor client requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience and internal workflows
  • Leverage technology and AI tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 23 years of experience in client service, account management, or client advisory support within a bank or financial advisory firm
  • Strong interest in financial services and client advisory work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using AI tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms
  • Curious and open to experimenting with new technologies to improve workflows
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
