About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service and will be responsible for generating client appointments through outbound calls and lead engagement for our Client Portfolio Advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate appointments and business opportunities.
- Manage and follow up on leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand clients needs and effectively communicate the value of the company's Client Portfolio Advisory solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the advisory team to ensure seamless handover and conversion of leads.
- Achieve individual and team targets for client acquisition and appointments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of financial advisory or investment solutions is a plus but not required.
