Role Objective
Maximize new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the Affluent segment
What you do
. Responsible for the acquisition of New-To-Bank (NTB) customers for Affluent segment
. Develop and foster strategic tie ups with potential referral partners and actively engage partners to generate a consistent pipeline of prospects
. Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank's internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
. Client Acquisition or Account Management (of HNW Individuals) experience
. Able to understand core concepts, principles, processes or procedures of Wealth Management and Banking
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with affluent individuals.
. Highly motivated and result oriented.
