We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Acquisition Executive to join our team in Singapore. You will play a key role in driving new business, expanding our client base, and managing relationships to help grow the companys market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients to expand the companys customer base
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and clients
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their objectives
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal presentation, and deal closure
  • Monitor and track client acquisition metrics to ensure sales targets are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client satisfaction
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Prepare reports and presentations to senior management on client acquisition efforts and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Must be Singaporean or have a valid work pass for Singapore
