We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Acquisition Executive to join our team in Singapore. You will play a key role in driving new business, expanding our client base, and managing relationships to help grow the companys market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients to expand the companys customer base
- Develop and implement strategies to engage potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and clients
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their objectives
- Lead the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal presentation, and deal closure
- Monitor and track client acquisition metrics to ensure sales targets are met
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client satisfaction
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare reports and presentations to senior management on client acquisition efforts and outcomes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Must be Singaporean or have a valid work pass for Singapore
