Client Accountant

Our client is a successful mid-sized professional services firm with international presence and is seeking a Client Accountant for their growing team based in Singapore.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Manage daily accounting activities and prepare month-end, quarter-end, and annual financial reports for a portfolio of clients.
• Coordinate audits by serving as the primary contact for external auditors and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Review the work of bookkeepers, ensure compliance with internal policies and financial controls, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Mentor and support junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with strong analytical and numerical skills shall be advantageous.
• Demonstrate experience in client accounting and financial statement preparation, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
• Exposure to Private Wealth, or Corporate accounting environments considered an advantage.
• Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel and MS Office effectively while managing multiple priorities and communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders.
