About the Role:
As a Client Account Service Executive, you will support account managers in strengthening client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role involves a mix of client communication, administrative coordination, and sales support to help maintain and grow our client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support in maintaining and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction with pest control services.
Coordinate schedules, service appointments, and documentation related to client accounts, including contracts, billing, and service reports.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding services, pricing, or pest-related concerns.
Process service renewals, upsells, and new orders, ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with client agreements.
Serve as a liaison between clients, technicians, and sales teams to address issues and ensure timely service delivery.
Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations to support client retention and new business efforts.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in account coordination, customer service, or an administrative role. Experience in pest control, hospitality, or facilities management is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and manage client accounts efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration.
Must meet eligibility requirements (quota available).
