About the opportunity

As an Avanade Client Account Lead (ACAL) GRP MGR, you are a junior account leader responsible for maximizing clients and employees experience with Avanade while growing Avanadedepth and revenue in your account. As the ACAL for IRAS, you will be accountable for maintaining relationship with a key governmental tax bodyand one of Avanade's Most Valued Client (MVC) accounts, while focusing on overall account strategy, growth and execution.

What you will love doing

  • Engage and work closely with Accenture, Microsoft, Avanade and IRAS stakeholders to maximize client and employees experience in the account
  • Build strong working relationships and trust with Accenture Account leadership
  • Engage Avanade stakeholders and leadership to support your account
  • Help formulate & execute clear strategy for account
  • Help Accenture and client develop Technology vision & strategy
  • Own account strategy & multi-year account plan
  • Look across account for cross Solution Area opportunities
  • Perform Quality and Service Reviews in the team, to continuously improve the quality-of-service delivery
  • Conduct Design Thinking workshops to understand client's business Objectives, Opportunities &Pain points
  • Manage engagement resourcing and financial records, as necessary, by understanding and resolving discrepancies on sales and revenue
  • Monitor and manage account financial status and costs, reviewingfinancial forecasting and analysis.

  • Monitor and manage account resources demand,
  • Assist in supervising and leading team and manage service delivery and drive profitability initiatives
  • Work closely with Client Group Lead, Solution Area leads,Financeand Operations executives as well as Workforce, scheduling and TA teams.

What skills are we interested in you having

You are a seasoned Leaderpreferably with prior experience working with Accenture or Avanade in directly servicing governmental tax body clients or health and public sector accounts. Additionally, you will also ideally bring proven long-term stakeholder partnerships within a strategic or delivery aligned position.

By nature, you are a self-driven individual who is determined, acts with urgency, strong accountability, impeccable time management and excellent stakeholder management capability. You will be skilled in navigating in a global matrixed environment, influencing and partnering with Senior Leaders and Team members to drive out outcomes and deliverables within a timely manner.

You have excellent communication skills, especially influencing and collaborating to triage and resolve escalations, identifying opportunities for further learnings and remediation. You also love the people management component of the role which includes developing, mentoring, and leading a small team.
