Job Description

As a Account Executive/ Senior Account Executive, you will be a key driver of client success, managing high-value campaigns and fostering long-term relationships. You'll take ownership of client strategies, coordinate across internal teams, and deliver innovative marketing solutions that elevate brands. We're looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in delivering top-notch work.

Supporting the Regional Account Marketing Partnerships team on both existing and new projects will be a key aspect of this role, ensuring seamless collaboration and the best possible outcomes for partners.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Manage end-to-end campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across account management, creative collaboration, and event integration.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and grow strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities to deliver measurable value and ROI for clients.
  • Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships: Drive sponsorship opportunities, maximising brand activations and program success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to craft strategic responses to briefs, ensuring deliverables meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage campaign budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
  • Support any day-to-day account management of any existing clients when needed.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role, music/ events /advertising/ media/ entertainment industry preferred
  • Strong computer literacy proficiency across Apple Mac/MS Office - PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Keynote.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Able to prioritise and hit deadlines consistently, keeping projects on track and pushing them continuously forward.
  • Strong ability to quickly identify problems, develop meaningful solutions, and independently drive work forward with the support of related business functions
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, organised working style, complemented by a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
  • Flexible with a positive can do approach.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, sensitive to relationships and situations
