Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Record and verify returned or undelivered goods.
  • Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, and other departments on returned goods.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of deliveries.
  • Handle cash, cheques, and claims accurately.
  • Collect invoices from the order department and liaise with relevant departments on event matters.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and the department.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level.
  • At least 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
