Job Description
- Guide and support students and proactively respond to their developmental needs
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive learning environment
- Provide guidance and supervision for Primary School children on the completion of daily homework, spelling, and ting xie
- Plan and prepare enrichment programmes/ activities with other teachers
- Communicate regularly with parents on student progress and well-being
- Upkeep cleanliness and hygiene of centre premises
- Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Head
Requirements
- Able to guide primary school subjects (English, Chinese, Math)
- Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities
