Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Assembly and Setup: Lead the precise setup and assembly of complex equipment, including vision systems, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), tape & reel machines, and associated mechanical/electrical components.
- System Calibration and Alignment: Execute machine and module alignment and vision system calibration to ensure peak operational performance and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner. Provide expert on-site technical support, requiring both local and international travel.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Oversee and execute kit assembly, functional testing, and final certification processes to meet rigorous quality standards.
- Logistics and Inventory Management: Manage critical inventory levels, coordinate the purchasing and collection of necessary parts, and maintain efficient stock organization.
- External Coordination: Liaise with external subcontractors to manage and monitor the quality and timely completion of outsourced technical tasks.
Requirements
- Diploma / Higher Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical / Manufacturing Engineering
- Set-Up & Assemble entire machine equipment experience
- Experience working in clean-room environment manufacturing
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings is advantageous
- Knowledge in motor tuning, AOI, or vision systems is a bonus
- Comfortable with weekly rotating shift 7am-7pm / 7pm-7am , pattern 3-2-2-3
- Training given to candidate with no experience
- Remuneration Package / month - basic + shift allowance + monthly allowance + transport allowance
