Cleaning Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manpower planning and allocation
• Update of attendance and scheduling of cleaning staff
• Arranging of weekend security escorts
• Conducting audits to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct regular toolbox briefing
• Jobs completion compilation
• Emailing responses, coordination with cleaning staff and clients

Requirements:

• Multilingual, able to communicate with clients in professional settings, and with non-English speaking cleaning staff
• Must be able to work on weekends and flexible hours
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience, with 1 year of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and supplies
• Tech-savvy, proficient computer literacy, e.g. in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and in a team
• Ability to problem-solve and remain calm in hectic situations
• Candidates staying at North or East Region would be preferred.
