Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor (Operations & Client Relations)

Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor who will actively participate in daily cleaning tasks while leading the team, ensuring service quality, and managing client relationships. The role also supports business growth by identifying opportunities within existing sites.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Hands-on Work
- Perform cleaning duties alongside the team (floor care, glass, detailing, etc.)
- Supervise daily operations and manpower deployment
- Ensure cleanliness standards, safety, and compliance
- Conduct site inspections and resolve issues on-site
Client Relations & Business Support
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle feedback and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for additional services at sites
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in cleaning/facilities management
- Proven hands-on experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Experience supervising small teams
- Good communication and client-handling skills
