Our client operates within a large-scale, service-oriented integrated resort environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer experience. They are currently seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to support daily operations and lead frontline teams.

Job Summary

Supervise daily cleaning operations and lead frontline staff to ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards in an integrated resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and carry out cleaning and sanitation works in accordance with SOP and safety requirements

• Ensure proper use of PPE, cleaning chemicals, and equipment

• Plan manpower deployment and oversee daily operations and productivity

• Conduct inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness and service standards

• Train, coach, and guide cleaning staff to meet contractual requirements

• Maintain cleaning records, reports, and logs

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental procedures

• Uphold professional grooming standards and customer service etiquette

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience as a Cleaning Supervisor

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Hands-on and willing to support operations when required

• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts (4 days work per week)
