Job Summary
Lead and supervise cleaning teams to deliver high-quality janitorial services by ensuring compliance with safety and service standards, managing client relationships, and optimizing operational workflows for workplace cleanliness and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Inspect cleaning equipment daily to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance
- Coach and develop Service team members to enhance performance and adherence to service standards
- Coordinate and liaise with clients at the worksite to address needs and maintain strong working relationships
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement among cleaning teams and stakeholders to promote collaboration
- Manage client complaints and feedback by investigating issues and implementing timely resolutions
- Reassign tasks dynamically to optimize team productivity and respond to changing operational demands
- Inspect daily cleaning work to verify quality and compliance with established procedures and tender specifications
- Monitor and enforce compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety regulations, and contract requirements
- Track cleaning material inventory levels and initiate reordering to maintain uninterrupted service delivery
- Plan and schedule daily work assignments for cleaners to ensure efficient coverage and task completion
- Analyze and resolve operational problems promptly to maintain service continuity and quality standards
- Submit detailed daily cleanliness reports documenting work progress and issues encountered
- Supervise and guide a team of cleaners to ensure effective task execution and adherence to standards
- Train cleaners and team leaders on service standards to maintain consistent quality and client satisfaction
