Cleaning Supervisor / Asst Supervisor / Cleaner floater

Job Opportunity: Cleaning Supervisor, Asst Sup & Cleaner floater (Multi-Site)

Key Responsibilities (supervisor / asst sup)

. Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple assigned sites

. Plan weekly schedules, assign duties, and deploy cleaners efficiently based on project needs.

. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness standards, safety, and service quality are met.

. Perform hands-on cleaning when required (site / event coverage, emergencies, deep cleaning)

. Operate cleaning machinery (e.g. auto-scrubbers, shampoo machines, extraction machines, etc.)

. Conduct routine inspections, documentation and feedback reporting

. Train, guide and motivate cleaners to maintain service excellence

. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used, maintained, and replenished.

. Communicate with clients professionally regarding feedback, issues, or special requests.

. Troubleshoot onsite issues promptly (e.g., manpower shortage, urgent cleaning, equipment breakdown).

. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, equipment handling, and cleaning SOPs

. Prepare simple reports and updates for management.

Requirements (supervisor):

. At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management preferred. No experience may apply as well.

. Able to travel to multiple sites daily. Driving license/ motorbike license is an advantage but not a must (company van provided / transport reimbursed).

. Able to work independently and manage cleaners of different ages and backgrounds.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Physically fit and able to perform cleaning as needed, able to operate cleaning machines

. Able to come down to sites after hours for urgent or emergency needs, new project.

. Own class 3 or class 2 driving license will be an advantage but not a must

Responsibility & Requirement for Cleaner Floater :

Daily cleaning of sites, willing to travel to sites. HQ office based in Kallang Pudding.

Own class 3 or class 2 driving license will be an advantage.
