Job Description:
- Monitor cleaning team and operations to ensure service delivery meets expected quality
- Mentor new and existing staff to meet KPI and contractual requirements
- Ensure that premises are maintained at high hygiene standards and team follows safety strictly
- Plan and monitor cleaning services schedule
- Carry out inspection at job sites to ensure that cleaning is done to customers satisfaction
- Respond without delay to clients on complaints and feedback
- Resolve on-site operational issues with team and client, if required
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure that cleaning consumables are not in short supply
- Must be willing to cover duties for staff who are on emergency leave
- Any other duties as assigned by management
