Job Description

Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train (safety, equipment, procedures), schedule shifts, motivate, and conduct performance reviews for cleaning teams.
Operations & Quality Control: Develop cleaning protocols, create schedules, conduct site inspections, ensure high cleanliness standards, and manage equipment/material inventory.
Health, Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations (, etc.), manage chemical safety, and maintain safety records.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Communicate with clients, address complaints, report on service delivery, and ensure contracts/KPIs are met.
Budget & Admin: Manage budgets, track expenses, order supplies, and maintain departmental records.
