ATL is a leading provider of custodial services in Singapore and beyond, offering janitorial, pest control, landscape, and general building maintenance services.

Job Summary

Lead and manage custodial operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with SOPs, client satisfaction, staff performance, and safety standards to drive operational excellence and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and enforce company SOPs across assigned sites to maintain operational consistency and quality
  • Build and maintain trusting client relationships to secure long-term partnerships and contractual renewals
  • Monitor and uphold cleaning and maintenance quality standards to exceed client expectations at all job sites
  • Manage staff motivation, discipline, development, and performance in compliance with organizational, HR, and government manpower policies
  • Oversee manpower deployment and site operations to achieve profitability and cost-effectiveness
  • Plan manpower allocation at various sites to meet contractual client requirements
  • Resolve client feedback and complaints promptly, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence
  • Recruit and interview applicants, conducting effective two-way performance reviews to support staff development
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health requirements and submit monthly updates on Toolbox Meeting Records, Staff Induction Records, and other safety documentation as required

Required competencies and certifications

  • Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence (essential for site mobility)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the Environmental Services Industry
  • WSQ Level 4 Certification in Environmental Services
  • Management skills including planning, compliance, organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
  • Oral and written communication skills tailored to workplace needs
  • Leadership and motivational skills to inspire teams toward goal achievement
  • Ability to work collaboratively across organizational levels and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills bilingual proficiency in English and a second language to support client and team interactions
  • Computer literacy including administration and presentation skills
  • Ability to facilitate smooth communication of HR matters and company direction to operational staff to achieve high engagement
