Job Description

Team Management: Supervise, motivate, train, and develop cleaning staff, including creating schedules and monitoring performance.
Quality Control: Inspect cleaning work to ensure high standards, maintain service levels, and address any deficiencies.
Client Relations: Serve as a main point of contact for clients, handle inquiries and complaints, and build positive relationships.
Operations Oversight: Manage daily cleaning operations, plan work, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Inventory & Equipment Management: Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and maintain cleaning equipment.
Health & Safety: Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health, hygiene, and safety procedures and regulations.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, prepare reports, and contribute to operational planning.
