Cleaning Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Develop new business via cold calling, field visits and client networking for cleaning & facility maintenance services.

- Prepare quotations, proposals and service contracts for potential customers.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets independently.

- Conduct market research and explore new sales opportunities in the cleaning industry.

Job Requirements

- Proven working experience in cleaning service industry is mandatory.

- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to engage with B2B clients.

- Bilingual in Chinese & English
