Job Summary
Develop and grow new business opportunities in cleaning services by leading client engagements, preparing tailored proposals, and closing sales deals to drive revenue growth and ensure service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed site surveys to assess client needs and prepare accurate quotations and proposals that align with business objectives
- Present company cleaning services persuasively to prospective clients to secure new contracts and expand market presence
- Close sales deals by negotiating terms and addressing client concerns to achieve sales targets
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive follow-ups on quotations, contracts, and renewals to foster long-term partnerships
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold quality standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry
- Demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills applied in sales contexts
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and responsible with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Possession of own transport is preferred to facilitate client visits and site surveys
