Cleaning Process Technician - Based in Shenzhen, China (Basic + AWS) HSW

• Location: Shenzhen, China

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment and manage all associated resources, including consumables and fixtures.
• Maintain and improve cleaning processes.
• Develop new cleaning techniques and train the team.
• Solve production issues on the spot.
• Ensure all local production follows standard cleaning procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in cleaning process development.
• A strong understanding of the balance between process development and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
• Skilled in the composition, application, and safety requirements of chemical surface treatment equipment.
• Must be proactive and possess strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with upstream and downstream teams.
