Job Description

An Off-Site Cleaning Supervisor oversees and manages cleaning operations at client sites, ensuring high-quality services and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervising cleaning staff: Managing and supervising a pool of cleaners.

2. Ensuring quality standards: Monitoring and maintaining high cleaning standards, adhering to client requirements.

3. Client communication: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback.

4. Scheduling and planning: Update cleaning schedules, allocating resources, and planning workflows to HQ.

5. Inventory management: Managing cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.

6. Health and safety: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, protocols, and client-specific requirements.

7. Performance monitoring: Evaluating staff performance, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.

8. Issue resolution: Resolving issues, complaints, or conflicts that arise during cleaning operations.
