Job Description

Possess strong communications and interpersonal skills.
Contract/Project Management
Control projects budgetary by reviewing design, specify, plan, operation and schedule.
Overseeing and to provide guidance to Operation teams in maintaining quality of work, & ensure adherence to workplace health and safety guidelines
Execute policies and implement quality control in all projects with the operation teams.
Attracting and assigning training to new staff in relation to their job scope, responsibilities, and standards
Client servicing and coordination
Handle any HR matters.

Min of Diploma in relevant field
Min 3-5 years of relevant project co-ordination with proven track record and work experience in similar industry
Excellent team player & people management
Hardworking with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
Be energetic, proactive, self-driven and highly motivated in driving the business operation.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the employees, customers and regulatory authorities
Computer literate- Proficient in Microsoft Applications and Email
