We are seeking a highly responsible and hands-on Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, including condominiums, commercial properties, and F&B establishments.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing manpower effectively while ensuring high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise cleaning operations across assigned sites
- Plan and deploy manpower, including scheduling and rostering
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure service quality
- Liaise with clients and handle feedback professionally
- Train and guide cleaning staff on proper procedures and safety standards
- Ensure compliance with NEA regulations and company SOPs
- Handle manpower shortages and arrange replacements when required
- Monitor inventory of cleaning equipment and consumables
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in cleaning or facilities management
- Strong leadership and manpower management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Familiar with condominium / commercial cleaning operations preferred
Special Requirement (Important)
- Must be able to commit to working on Sundays and Public Holidays
- Weekday off will be provided in lieu
