Job Summary
You will lead the development and execution of company SOPs across assigned sites, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards. You will build strong client partnerships, manage site profitability, and drive staff performance and training to exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor company SOPs to ensure consistent compliance across all assigned sites
- Build and maintain open, trusting relationships with clients to secure long-term partnerships and contractual renewals
- Monitor and uphold cleaning and maintenance quality standards to consistently surpass client expectations
- Oversee and deliver effective on-the-job training (OJT) on equipment and skills, including robotics and health policies, to maintain high operational standards
- Manage staff motivation, discipline, development, and performance in alignment with organizational, human resource, and government manpower policies
- Supervise assigned job sites to meet manpower and site requirements, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness
- Plan manpower deployment strategically across sites to fulfill contractual client requirements
- Resolve client feedback and complaints promptly, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence
- Recruit and interview applicants, conducting two-way performance reviews to support staff development
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health requirements, submitting monthly updates on Toolbox Meeting Records, Staff Induction Records, and other safety documentation as required
- Manage site budgets effectively, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits
- Facilitate smooth communication of HR matters and company directives to operational levels, securing high employee engagement and buy-in
