Job Description & Requirements:
Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations for offices and commercial spaces
Manage cleaning staff and assign daily tasks
Ensure cleaning quality and safety standards are met
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies inventory
Train and supervise cleaning team
Handle client communication and resolve service issues
Prepare reports on cleaning operations and staff performance
Requirements / Qualifications:
Any Diploma or Degree in Management.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in cleaning / facility operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machines, and safety procedures
Good communication skills in English (and Tamil optional)
Ability to manage schedules and resources efficiently
