Roles & Responsibilities
. Manpower planning - Recruit, train, assign, schedule,coach, counsel, and discipline employees
. Communicate job expectations planning, monitoring,appraising, and reviewing job contributions
. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by followingand enforcing standards and procedures
. Responsible for operation supervisors, withreview/approval responsibility for all operations employees
. Maintain great relationships with key business partners
. Work closely with Operation Head and management team toset and implement policies, procedures, and system
Job Requirement
. Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in thecleaning industry
. Weekend shift required
. Work in a fast-paced environment
. Candidates process own transport will be an advantage
