CLEANING OPERATION EXECUTIVE

. Resolve issues raised by the Customer Service and Billing team.

. Conducts necessary checks and follow up with the ground staff, Supervisors, within the team to ensure the operational processes are being done properly within the stipulated time.

. Work with the Sales team to provide necessary input and details for the tendering of projects and quotations.

. Handle onboarding and hiring of the team under your management.

. Work with Operations Team to improve processes, optimize the schedule and increase efficiency of the given tasks to grow the business and profits of the company.

. Support Operational needs within the team and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned.

. To conduct site visits and handle quotations and tendering of jobs.

. Manage inventory lists & equipment to ensure the requirements of clients are being fulfilled.

. Manage Supervisors and ground staff to complete ad-hoc tasks assigned.
