Cleaner Supervisor

We are looking for a cleaning supervisor to assist us in managing our on-site operations. This includes coming up with work plans, incident management and managing inventory of the cleaning equipment and materials across multiple job sites. Transportation will be covered.

Day-To-Day Duties

• A cleaning supervisor is responsible for managing several job sites, team leaders and cleaning crews. We clean many facilities in Singapore, mainly the Central Business District area.
• Coordinate and communicate cleaning duties to cleaning teams
• Manage and maintain inventory, cleaning equipment across various job sites
• Ensure that cleaning teams are properly trained and align to the client requirements
• Depending on the job site and client needs, you will be required (but not limited) to do:
• Full glass cleaning, high dusting i.e. dusting of shelving, cleaning of cobwebs, cleaning of air vents, etc.
• Conducting carpet and upholstery cleaning (Training will be provided)
• Assist by helping our existing job staff with periodic cleaning work as well as filling-in open cleaning position until we find a designated cleaner for the assignment.
• Training and ensure that the cleaning teams are align to our customer requirements.
• Respond to and report operational incidents if any

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm (9 hours shift).
• OT may be required (OT Payable)

Remuneration

• Generous Salary Package from $1,800 - $2,100
