Role & Responsibilities

. Adhere to assigned schedule and ensure work tasks are completed on time.

. Collecting and disposing of rubbish from work sites.

. Washing of toilets

. Sweeping and mopping of floors of assigned areas (i.e. corridors, lift lobbies, carpark and compound area)

. Cleaning of glass windows and frames

. Sweeping of staircases and stairwells

. Cleaning of fixtures (i.e. fire hose reel boxes and fire extinguishers)

. Cleaning of escalators and lifts interiors

. Stainless steel surface polishing

. Maintaining of bin center and refuse management

. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
