Job Description

Analyse operational and performance data from utilities systems such as HVAC, chilled water, boilers, compressed air, and clean utilities.
Develop trend analyses to identify performance deviations, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Create dashboards, charts, and reports using Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) to support engineering and operations decision-making.
Work closely with Utilities Engineers and Operations teams to translate system behaviour and operational challenges into data-driven insights.
Support routine performance reporting as well as ad-hoc analysis requests from the utilities management team.
Assist with data cleansing, validation, and continuous improvement of performance metrics and reporting methods.
