Job Summary
You will load and unload uniforms and linens at the factory and customer sites, ensure accurate and timely deliveries, maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety, and provide courteous service to customers during deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload uniforms and linens trolleys carefully at factory and customer premises to ensure product integrity
- Verify and load goods correctly onto delivery vehicles to prevent errors and damage
- Deliver goods to customers on time by following assigned routes and adhering to scheduled delivery times
- Handle delivery documents such as Delivery Orders (D/O) and invoices accurately for record-keeping and customer verification
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers during deliveries to provide positive service experiences
- Operate vehicles safely by following all transportation laws and maintaining clean driving records
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of assigned vehicles through regular housekeeping tasks
- Use company vehicles, equipment, and devices responsibly to avoid damage and ensure operational readiness
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or managers as needed
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 4 driving license to operate delivery vehicles safely and legally
- Commit to a 6-day work week with rotational off days to meet operational scheduling needs

- Apply good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Possess basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance to support vehicle upkeep and prevent breakdowns
