CLASS 4 DRIVER (NIGHT SHIFT)

JOB TITLE: CLASS 4 DELIVERY DRIVER (NIGHT SHIFT)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

. Safely operate a Class 4 commercial vehicle (e.g., trucks, lorries) for the transport of goods, material or equipment.

. Deliver goods to customer within Singapore, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries

. Plan and follow delivery routes efficiently, considering traffic conditions and schedules.

. Ensure the delivery vehicle is loaded to optimal capacity to minimize the risk of damage and prevent any safety hazards.

. Conduct pre-trip and post trio inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe and working condition.

. Report any mechanical issues or damage to the supervisor and ensure the vehicle is regularly serviced as per company guidelines

. Follow all road safety and traffic regulations to minimize the risk of accidents and ensure safety on the road

. Ensure all deliveries are carried out in compliance with Singapore's road transport laws and regulations.

. Follow the company policies and procedures for vehicle usage, safety protocols and customer service

. Support the logistic teams with any special projects or tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

. Must possess at least GCE N Level/ GCE O Level

. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related field

. Preferable candidates specialize in Logistic

. Possess valid Class 4 Driving License (Manual License)

. Able to move cargo using pallet jack or hand carry,

. Good knowledge of Singapore roads

. Clean driving record

. Ability to walk, drive and carry heavy items for extended periods.

. Able to communicate effectively with staff of different nationalities
