Job Description
- Collect soiled laundry from customers and deliver clean laundry to hotels on time
- Plan and follow an efficient delivery route to maximize time and fuel usage while meeting customer deadlines
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when picking up or delivering laundry, addressing any questions or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including customer information, special instructions, and completed tasks
- Regularly inspect the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and well-maintained
- Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Singapore LTA-issued Class 4 Driving License
- Work on weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organizational skills for handling orders, paperwork and delivery schedules
- Safety Awareness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid LTA-issued driver's license
- Possesses a clean driving record.
